Refuse Collect E-mail

The unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email collection programs or other technical devices is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Email Address Collection, etc.)

No one shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically extract email addresses from internet websites where a refusal of email collection is explicitly stated.
No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
No one shall use email addresses, which are prohibited from being collected, sold, or distributed under Paragraphs 1 and 2, for sending information.
Article 65-2 (Penalties)
The following violations are subject to a fine of up to 10 million KRW:

Those who violate Article 50 (4) by implementing unauthorized technical measures.
Those who violate Article 50 (6) by sending commercial advertisements for profit.
Those who violate Article 50-2 by collecting, selling, distributing, or using email addresses for information transmission.
